B-WORK has an investment policy to invest in Office buildings which include the following assets
- Freehold, leasehold or sub-lease of properties as well as other buildings and assets that are part of land, buildings, equipment, system in the building and other properties which are necessary for the use of such land and properties invested by REIT.
- Office buildings, Office areas or Co-Working Space as well as other properties that support office leasing business such as retail area, car park, daycare, library and etc.
- Other assets to manage excess liquidity of REIT to generate returns.
REIT Manager also considers invest in office buildings owned by different sponsors to drive growth and create maximum value for trust unitholders.
