  • Invest in freehold/leasehold Grade A and B offices and relevant businesses in other potential locations both onshore and offshore through various partners

Internal Improvement

  • Balance CAPEX spending and maintenance plan to maintain assets in a good condition and closely collaborate with property manager to drive yield of investment
  • Search for additional income such as advertising income from the project

Capital Structure (Financing)

  • Conduct credit rating assessment to expand debt ceiling
  • Improve cost of debt through bond and other financial instruments
  • Actively manage cash surplus based on insight in capital market
