True Properties Company Limited ("True Properties")

Property Manager shall be responsible for contacting and seeking tenants for the properties and shall be responsible for the marketing promotion activity, whether from its own operation or through the agency, allowing interested customers to inspect the properties, negotiating with interested customers, entering and renewal of lease contract, collecting rental fee and managing the debtors. The REIT Manager shall pay the remuneration to Property Manager based on the operating performance of the project under management.
